全体来华留学生：
为了增进学校来华留学生对中国文化的了解，丰富留学生的假期生活，提高跨文化交流能力，切实体会在华度过中国春节的感受，我校决定举行来华留学生“我的中国年”系列活动。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、活动内容
1. 社会实践活动：组织留学生参与宜昌东站志愿服务、禁毒知识宣传、“水文化”社会实践活动。
2. 球类比赛：举办留学生之间的五人制足球、乒乓球、羽毛球和排球比赛提高体育竞技水平，增进彼此间的友谊。
3. 征文及短视频比赛：留学生通过文字和影像记录自己春节期间在中国的所见所闻，分享自己的故事和感受。
二、活动时间和地点
1. 社会实践活动：
（1）宜昌东站志愿服务
地点：宜昌东火车站
时间：2024年1月22日至26日，每天下午
（2）禁毒知识宣传
地点：宜昌市西陵区解放路步行街
时间：2024年1月31日（暂定）
（3）“水文化”社会实践活动
地点：三峡工程地质博物馆
时间：2024年1月25日（暂定）
2.球类比赛
（1）乒乓球
地点：综合训练馆
时间：2024年1月29日下午
（2）羽毛球
地点：综合训练馆
时间：2024年1月30日、31日下午
（3）排球
地点：西苑排球场
时间：2024年2月1日、2日下午
（4）五人制足球
地点：综合训练馆
时间：2024年2月4日、5日下午
3. 征文及短视频比赛
投稿截止时间：2024年2月25日

征文要求：
（1）主题：我的中国年、我在中国的经历、我的中国故事等
（2）字数：中文500字或英文1000词
视频格式要求：
（1）拍摄画面带有环境元素（优先选择外景拍摄，尽量避免在室内拍摄）
（2）视频素材不少于90秒
（3）拍摄现场明亮，照片画面内容清晰，视频画面不抖动（最好使用三脚架等辅助拍摄）
（4）视频画面必须横屏，尺寸不小于1080p
三、参与对象
本次活动面向所有在华留学生，欢迎各位同学踊跃参加。
四、赛事奖励
1. 球类比赛
各单项获奖选手：证书、奖牌、奖品；
各团体项目队伍：奖杯、证书、奖牌、奖品；
2. 征文及短视频比赛：
（1）2024年春季学期开始，国际学院将组织评比，对于优秀作品奖励奖品、证书；
（2）对于优秀作品，国际学院将进行选拔，并推荐参加国家级短视频赛事。
五、注意事项
1. 请各位同学认真阅读活动内容，按照自身兴趣和能力选择参加。
2. 活动期间请遵守中国的法律法规及学校的规章制度，确保安全。

Notice Regarding "My Chinese Year" Series of Activities for International Students
To all international students：
To enhance understanding of Chinese culture and improve cross-cultural communication, our university is organizing the "My Chinese Year" series of activities. Details are as follows:
1. Activities:
- Social practice: Volunteering at Yichang East Station, anti-drug knowledge promotion, and "Water Culture" social practice.
- Sports competitions: Football, table tennis, badminton, and volleyball to improve sports skills and friendships.
- Essay and short video contest: Share experiences and stories in China during the Spring Festival through writing and videos.
2. Schedule and Locations:
- Social practices and sports events are scheduled between January 22 and February 5, 2024, at various locations including Yichang East Station, Yichang city, and the university.
- Submission deadline for the essay and video contest is February 25, 2024. Entries to be sent to ctgufao@ctgu.edu.cn.
3. Participants:
- All international students in China are encouraged to participate.
4. Rewards:
- Awards for sports events and outstanding essays and videos.
5. Note:
- Students should read the activity details and participate as per their interests.
- Follow Chinese laws and university regulations during the activities.
