Registration Process
Students should go to Foreign Affairs Office, International College and ISA Office to complete the registration for the new semester, and enter the new semester according to the college's new semester teaching arrangement.

All students who leave CTGU on vacation must return to campus beforeMarch8
If you are unable to register on time for special reasons, please contact the Foreign Affairs Office,International College to complete the procedures for extending the leave, otherwise it will be regarded as leaving the campus without authorization and will be seriously dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.
Fee Payment
Please pay the fee through scanning the Qr code of “三峡大学学生缴费” or go to the Charge Office (Office 208, 2nd floor, Administration Building) according to the notice of your college.
The login name is the student number and the password is 000000. Students can change the password after log in.

Late payment processing:
According to Article 26 of Chapter 4 of the Measures for the Administration of Fees for International Students of China Three Gorges University (Revised),international students who owe fees will not be registered in the new semester.
For international students in China can’t complete the payment:
(1)The residence permit will not be renewed.
(2)Will be canceled of all kinds of examination qualifications. After the payment of the fees, the make-up examination will be taken or courses will be retaken. They will be disqualified from all kinds of scholarship evaluations and student leaders’ selection for the year.
(3)No supporting documents will be issued, such as: learning status certificate, transcript, graduation (completion) certificate, degree certificate, studying certificate, behavior certificate, etc. Not allowing to go through the formalities of internship, suspension, transfer, graduation, graduation, etc.
Explanation of Special Circumstances:
International students currently in India shall not return to campus for the time being. The specific return date will be notified separately.

Fee Payment:
After arriving at campus, please issue the payment slip in the Admission Office, College of International Communications, go to the Finance Department to pay the fees (second floor of the Administration building), and then finish the register procedure with the payment voucher.
Tips
After entering the campus, freshmen should go through the procedures such aspersonal information collection, accommodation registration, inspection and quarantine, stay or residence permit application, payment and insurance purchase, attend orientation and other activitieson time in accordance with the requirements of local exit and entry administration authority, local police station and CTGU.
