OVERVIEW
China Three Gorges University (CTGU) is a member of the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI), which promotes global priorities, including peace and sustainable development.
CTGU welcomes students from all over the world to join the 2018 UNAI-CTGU “Remarkable Three Gorges” Summer School in the summer of 2018. During the stay at CTGU, lectures in Chinese culture and folk-customs will be organized and it will be a good chance for you to know Chinese traditional culture and learn Chinese language; activities such as visiting the Three Gorges Project and other scenic spots in Yichang will be arranged, besides cultural visits to local enterprises will enable you to know more about the development of Yichang city.
SCHEDULE
YICHANG (July 14th to July 28th)
The fees:
1) Around USD 1,000 for local expenses in Yichang, including airport pick-up/departure, cultural tours, accommodation and meals, lecture fee and insurance fee, etc., which will be waived if the applicant is recommended officially by the partner University of CTGU.
2) Other fees such as international and domestic flight tickets and other travels in China are to be covered by the applicants.

BEIJING (July 29th to August 1st)
Apart from the program in Yichang, students can also select an alternative self-funding journey in Beijing, the capital of China.
The fees:
About USD 800 for local expenses in Beijing, including airport or train station pick-up and departure, accommodation, meals, and entrance tickets of scenic spots as listed below.
