Ø President is the icon of the ISA, having the right to attend important occasions and events on behalf of all CTGU international students.
Ø President is responsible for making a clear yearly working plan of ISA, organizing or assisting in organizing ISA activities and meetings, including making minutes, following and supervising and implementing, summarizing, etc.
Ø President is responsible for allocating and coordinating tasks to vice presidents and ministers. President can accept reasonable suggestions of vice presidents and ministers.
Ø President can keep good communication with the university administration and maintain a cooperative relationship with the Chinese Student Union.
Ø President should be honest, hard-working, punctual, and responsible.
Ø President should not take part in any illegal activities.
Ø President should obey all the rules and regulations of CTGU.

Vice-president
Roles:
Ø When the president is not available, vice presidents have the right to attend important occasions and events on behalf of all CTGU international students.
Ø Vice presidents are responsible for supporting the president's job, including collecting & providing suggestions & proposals, finishing assigned tasks, coordinating & supervising the assigned departments, etc.
Ø Each vice president is in charge of some departments, being responsible for assigning, supervising, coordinating, and assessing the tasks of assigned departments.
Ø The Vice president is responsible for organizing work meetings regularly among the assigned departments.
Ø The Vice president should keep good communication with the university administration and all ministers & members of assigned departments.
Ø The Vice president should be honest, hard-working, punctual, and responsible.
Ø The Vice president should not take part in any illegal activities.
Ø The Vice president should obey all the rules and regulations of CTGU.

It is responsible for creating and maintaining filing systems or application systems; scheduling, attending meetings, creating agendas, and taking minutes; sorting, distributing, and reply to posts.

Ø Ministers and members are responsible for collecting related suggestions and proposals among the international students.
Ø Ministers and members should be capable of proper arrangement & coordination of extensive activities and events.
Ø Ministers and members are responsible for facilities maintenance and protection, such as instruments, rackets, balls, scoreboard, etc.
Ø Ministers and members should have good contact and relationship with ministers and members in other departments and external contacts.

Department of Consulting and Promotion
Responsibilities :
The department is responsible for regularly collecting and responding to consultations, suggestions, inquiries, and complaints raised from international students.
It is responsible for providing innovative proposals and excellent ideas to promote communication between university administration and students.

Ø Ministers and members should be skilled in advanced technologies for creating, designing, composing, and editing visual & audible materials, such as websites, WeChat platforms, leaflets, posters, pictures, videos, etc.

Ø Ministers and members are responsible for updating all kinds of the necessary information for international students.
Ø Ministers and members should have good contact and relationship with ministers and members in other departments and with external contact.

Department Of Academics Exchange & International Alumni
Responsibilities:
This department is responsible for launching, planning, coordinating, organizing, and summarizing all kinds of academic activities and events. This department is also responsible for contacting international alumni in different ways. It is also responsible for planning, shooting videos, and taking pictures of international students' graduation ceremonies.
Roles of the ministers and members:
Ø Ministers and members should be skilled in academic studies.
Ø Ministers and members are responsible for assisting students in academic-related issues, explaining the necessary standards and criteria.
Ø Ministers and members are responsible for continuously working on new initiatives to improve the overall academic performance of international students.
Ø Ministers and members collect alumni information to promote their connection with the university.
Ø Minsters and members send the university's news of activities and development process to our international alumni.
Ø Ministers and members invite alumni representatives with successful careers to participate in some activities on the campus.

Responsibilities:
This department is responsible for providing guidance, support, and volunteering service to the university, teachers, and students.

Ø Ministers and members should be passionate about volunteer service and helping others while skilled in volunteer activities.
Ø Ministers and members are responsible for planning and organizing the orientation camp for new students, such as pick-up, check-in process, campus tour, and residence permit application.
Ø Ministers and members should discuss the problems faced between students and college, dormitory office, and other departments, try to provide help and find solutions.
Ø Ministers and members should help solve the emergency issues, such as hospitalization of students, voluntary donation.
Ø Ministers and members coordinate the Anti-Ragging squad with the Department of Self Discipline and Rights Protection

Department of Self-Discipline and Right Protection & Psychological Counseling
Responsibilities:
The department is responsible for helping the students learn and be clear about the university's rules and regulations, having good student conduct, and self-discipline cultivation in or out of campus.
This department is responsible for helping people with physical, emotional, and mental health issues improve their sense of well‐being, alleviate feelings of distress, and resolve crises of mental health issues.
Roles of the ministers and members:
Ø Ministers and members should adhere to the rules and regulations of the university seriously and be good samples among students.
Ø Ministers and members are responsible for behaviors management of students in the dormitory and conducting dormitory inspections regularly.
Ø Ministers and members assist the university in managing students in or out of campus, such as traffic safety, off-campus accommodation safety, food safety, etc aslo for coordinating and organizing mental health-related activities and events.
Ø Ministers and members help students in rights protection, such as insurance claims.
Ø Ministers and members coordinate the Anti-Ragging squad with the Department of Volunteering service.
Ø Ministers and members should have good contact with other departments and external contact’s
staff.
Ø Ministers and members are responsible for spreading awareness of mental health and psychological problems.
Ø Ministers and members should be skilled in talking to students that need or seeking help psychologically.
