电信网络诈骗是什么？
It is a crime of fabricating false information, setting up deception, carrying out long-distance and non-contact fraud on the victim and inducing the victim to remit or transfer money through telephone, Internet and SMS.
是指通过电话、网络和短信方式，编造虚假信息，设置骗局，对受害人实施远程、非接触式诈骗，诱使受害人汇款或转账的犯罪行为。

Online shopping fraud 网上购物诈骗
Criminals pretend to be merchants on the Internet, luring victims to buy game plug-ins, game coins, tickets, papers, etc. After the victims pay, criminals immediately disappear.
犯罪分子在网上冒充商家，引诱受害人购买游戏外挂、游戏币、门票、代发论文等，受害人付款后，犯罪分子立刻玩失踪。
In August 2020, a student Yao of Grade 2019 in our college, sold a game account on the idle fish platform. Then, a strange man added his QQ and expressed his intention to buy it. However, Yao was required to pay the deposit and risk money on another platform, and Yao paid 6800 yuan by scanning the QR code sent by the strange man.
2020年8月，我校2019级学生尧某在闲鱼平台出售一个游戏账号，随后，一陌生男子添加其QQ，表示有意购买。但要求其在另外一个平台缴纳保证金、风险金，尧某遂即通过扫描对方发过来的二维码支付6800元。

微商诈骗
The suspect became friends with the victim through chat app such as WeChat. And he communicated with the victim deeply, talking about life and ideals, and selling goods to the victim after gaining the trust of the victim. After the victim paid, the suspect would delay delivery for various reasons or directly blacken the victim.
嫌疑人通过微信等聊天软件和受害人成为好友，之后与受害人深入交流，聊人生、聊理想，在取得受害人信任后向受害人兜售商品，受害人付款后嫌疑人会以各种理由拖延发货或者直接将受害人拉黑。
In April 2019, a student of our school Gao met the “supplier” who claimed to be Adidas and Nike sneakers through WeChat. Gao became an intermediary under the lobbying of the “supplier”. From May to June, he collected the shopping money of 8 people who needed to buy sneakers with more than 900,000 yuan and transferred the shopping money to the “supplier” through WeChat. However, the “supplier” delayed delivery for various reasons.
2019年4月，我校学生高某通过微信认识自称是阿迪达斯和耐克球鞋的“供货商”，其在“供货商”游说下成为了中间商，于5月至6月分别收取8名需要购买球鞋人员的购物款，共计90余万元，并通过微信将购物款转给“供货商”，但“供货商”以各种理由拖延发货。
Investment fraud投资理财诈骗
Criminals use websites, QQ groups, text messages and other channels to publish false information, falsely claim to brush orders for e-commerce platform shops to increase their credibility, use high returns as bait, apply the workflow of brushing orders, and then use the excuses of system, network problems to require the victims to make multiple remittances.
犯罪分子利用招聘网站、QQ群、短信等途径发布虚假信息，谎称给电商平台商铺刷单提升信誉度，以高额回报为诱饵，套用刷单的工作流程，等刷单成功后，再以系统、网络问题等借口，要求受害人多次汇款进行诈骗。
In January 2020, when Wang, a student of our college, was browsing the Taobao page in his dormitory, a dialog box popped up on the page where he could swipe the order to get paid. Then Wang added a WeChat account claiming to be a merchant, and the merchant made him transfer 3961 yuan through WeChat scan code.
2020年1月，我校学生王某在寝室浏览淘宝页面时，页面上弹出一则可刷单获取报酬的对话框，随后王某添加自称是商家的微信号（微信号：11pp28222，昵称：肖雪任务中）、（微信号：wxid_ovOge5ztgefd12，昵称：王林），对方以给淘宝商家刷单为名，使其通过微信扫码的方式向对方转账3961元。
The criminals first set up a WeChat and QQ group, and then randomly pull people into the group, and then fabricate various reasons to tell the victim that the red envelopes sent in the group will be doubled back by the group owner, and the first one or two red envelopes will be returned according to the agreement. After gaining the trust of the victim, the criminals will coax the victim to continue to give out red envelopes for various reasons until the victim finds out that he has been deceived.
犯罪分子先建立一个微信、QQ群，然后随机拉人进群，后编造各种理由告诉受害人在群里发红包群主会双倍返还，并且前一两个红包群主都会按照约定返还，在获得受害人信任后犯罪分子就会以各种理由哄骗受害人继续发红包，直至受害人发现被骗。
In November 2020, Yu, a student of our college added a strange man’ WeChat account in the Douyin comment area. He checked the man’s moments and found that there was a promotion of red packet rebate. He took the initiative to ask the strange man whether he could still participate in the red packet rebate activity. After getting the affirmative answer, he paid 2288 yuan through WeChat on September 21. On September 22nd, Yu sent WeChat message to that man, but he did not reply, and he was cheated.
2020年11月，我校2019级学生于某在抖音评论区添加一陌生男子微信，于某查看该男子朋友圈，发现有红包返利的宣传，并主动询问陌生男子是否还可以参加红包返利活动，得到肯定的答复后，于9月21日通过微信转账支付给对方2288元人民币。之后，对方以多种理由推诿返款，9月22日，于某给对方发微信，对方不回，方觉被骗。

传统的作案方式是通过网络、电话、短信等方式发布虚假网络贷款信息，在以收取手续费、押金或者利用受害人身份骗取现金。现在犯罪分子利用受害人有网上贷款逾期的情况，以恢复个人征信为由诱骗钱财。
In October 2020, Jie, a student of our college, received a call. The other party claimed to be the customer service of JD Finance. He claimed that Jie’s online loan was overdue, which affected his personal credit investigation, and he could help Jie resume his credit investigation, but Jie needs to remit a certain amount to the designated account. Jie believed that man and transferred 15,000 yuan to his account. Soon Jie found out that he was cheated.
2020年10月，我校学生杰某接到电话，对方自称是京东金融客服，因杰某网上贷款有逾期情况，影响了其个人征信，现有机会可以帮助杰某恢复征信，但需向指定账户汇款一定的金额，之后该客服利用自己权限恢复征信，个人征信恢复成功后在将杰某的现金归还，杰某信以为真，向对方提供的账号转账15000元，后发现自己被骗。
