“Exercise Make Me Happy”Daily Attendance Activity for CTGU International Students

身体是革命的本钱，本项活动旨在向来华留学生传递“我运动 我快乐”的生活理念，养成健康的生活方式。面向三峡大学寒假留校全体国际学生，开展一场运动打卡比赛活动。具体内容为学生每天按时参加运动，通过微信步数打卡，将“运动使人健康的理念”融入学生心灵和日常生活当中。

The body is the foundation of the revolution. This activity aims to convey the life philosophy of“exercise make me happy”to international students in China, and to develop a healthy lifestyle. For all international students staying at China Three Gorges University during the winter vacation, a sports check-in competition was launched. The specific content is that students participate in sports on time every day, check in throughWeChat steps, and integrate the concept of“sports making people healthy”into students’hearts and daily lives.

活动时间：2021年1月28日-2月18日

活动日程安排（Activity schedule）

1.运动打卡过程：

本次活动有21天运动打卡时间，从2021年1月28日至2021年2月18日截止，参赛学生每天23:00之前，将当天微信步数截图发到微信群完成打卡。

1.Sports clocking process:

This event has 21 days of sports check-in time, from January 28, 2021 to February 18, 2021. Participating students need send screenshots of the WeChat steps that day to the WeChat group to complete the check-in before 23:00 every day.

2.比赛格则：

(1)参赛学生每天在23:00之前，将当天微信步数截图发到微信群里完成打卡。

(2)每天运动4000歩以上为有效。

(3)每按时且合格完成一天，记1分，连续打卡满21天额外奖励5分。

(4)活动全部完成后，设置三位评委老师根据每名学生得分情况，评出6名得分最高者获得奖励（分数相同情况下，步数最多者获胜）。

2.Competition rules:

(1) Every day before 23:00, the participating students need send screenshots of the number ofWeChat stepsthat day to the WeChat group to complete the check-in.

(2) It is effective to exercise more than 4000 steps a day.

(3) For completing on time and qualified each day, 1 point will be counted, and 5 points will be awarded for continuously checking in for 21 days.

(4) After all the activities are completed, three judges and teachers will be set up according to the score of each student, and the 6 highest scorers will be awarded (if the score is the same, the one with the most steps will win).

3.奖项设置：

每名获胜者（共6名）：定制U盘64G一个＋口罩一包＋荣誉证书一份。

3.prize settings:

Each winner (6 in total): a customized U disk 64G + a pack of masks + a certificate of honor.
