为培养合格的海外中文教师，促进各国中文教育的发展，中外语言交流合作中心继续设立国际中文教师奖学金线上项目，以下简称奖学金线上项目，孔子学院、独立设置的孔子课堂、部分汉语考试考点、外国高校汉语师范/中文院系、国外有关中文教学行业组织、中国驻外使（领）馆等（以下简称推荐机构）可推荐优秀学生和在职中文教师到中国大学（以下简称接收院校）学习和进修汉语国际教育及相关专业。
For the purpose of cultivating qualified International Chinese language teachers and facilitating Chinese language education in other countries, the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) will continue with the International Chinese Language Teachers (Online Program) Scholarship, hereinafter referred to as Scholarship of Online Program. Confucius Institutes, independently operated Confucius Classrooms, certain HSK test centers, Chinese language (education) departments of foreign universities, professional associations for Chinese language instruction of other countries, Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad (collectively “recommending institutions”) may recommend outstanding students and currently-employed Chinese language teachers to study International Chinese Language Education or related majors in Chinese universities and colleges (“host institutions”).

China Three Gorges University (CTGU) locates in the Yichang city of Hubei Province. It’s established by the Ministry of Water Resources and Hubei Government. Now CTGU has overall 1500 international students from more than 60 countries. As one of the excellent recommending institutions for CIS, CTGU opens the online training program for the international Chinese language teachers’ scholarship winners. Welcome Chinese language learners all over the world to apply.
一、申请对象
Ⅰ、Eligiblity
1.非中国籍人士;
2.身心健康，品学兼优;
3.有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作;
4.年龄为16-35周岁（统一以2021年9月1日计）。在职中文教师放宽至45周岁.
All applicants shall be:
a) Non-Chinese citizens;
b) In good physical and mental conditions, and with good academic performance and conduct;
c) Committed to the Chinese language education and related work;
d) Between the ages of 16 and 35 (as of September 1st , 2021). Applicants currently working as Chinese language teachers shall not be over 45.

Ⅲ、Scholarship of Online Program & Qualifications
1． 一学年汉语研修生: 每年9月或3月入学。一般汉语水平考试成绩需达到HSK（三级）180分，提供HSKK成绩者优先。
1. Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study
Enroll in September or March every year. Applicants shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 3). Priority will be given to applicants who provide an HSKK test score.
2． 一学期汉语研究生：每年9月或3月入学。一般需具有汉语水平考试（HSK）成绩（对级别和成绩不作具体要求）。
2. Scholarship for One-Semester Study
Enroll in September or March every year. Applicants shall have taken the HSK test (no specific requirements for the level and score).
3． 专项线上研修项目：接受推荐机构和接收院校专项线上研修项目申请，专项申请人数不低于15人，研修时间不低于4周，对象为中文学习者或者本土中文教师等群体，研修内容包括但不限于汉语国际教育、汉语言、汉语言文学等类别。申请机构需提交《国际中文教师奖学金专项研修项目申报书》，提前报中心审批，入学时间可灵活安排。
3. Scholarship for Four-Week Study
The recommendation institutions and receiving universities can apply for this program. The number of the applicants shall no less than 15 who can be the Chinese learners or local Chinese teachers, etc. The duration is more than 4 weeks. The study contents include but are not limited to international Chinese language education, Chinese language, Chinese language and literature, etc. The applicant should submit the application form of international Chinese teacher scholarship project to CLEC for approval in advance, and the admission time can be flexibly arranged.
4. 申请上述三类研修课程的在职中文教师提供就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信可免提供汉语水平考试（HSK）证书。
4. Applicants currently working as Chinese language teachers shall provide proof of employment as well as a reference letter by the employer. The HSK certificates can be exempted.
四、申请流程
申请者可登录国际中文教师奖学金报名网站（cis.chinese.cn）申请三峡大学孔子学院奖学金。
请登录奖学金网站，查询推荐机构，在接受院校一栏选择三峡大学, 提交申请材料，关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果；同时还需登录三峡大学国际学生管理服务平台：http：//lsx.ctgu.edu.cn, 在线提交申请材料，并与三峡大学留学生招生办公室保持联系，了解申请进度。
申请截止日期（以北京时间为准）：2021年7月12日
中外语言交流合作中心委托专家组集中评审：根据HSK、HSKK考分和级别，兼顾国别等因素择优资助完成奖学金评审工作，公布评审结果。
Ⅳ、Application Procedures
Online registration will be available on the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship application website (cis.chinese.cn). Please log on to search for recommending institutions and choose China Three Gorges University as host institutions; upload application materials online; and track the application progress, comments and result. Meanwhile, please log on the CTGU International Students’ Platform http://lsx.ctgu.edu.cn then submit application documents online. Applicants need to keep in touch with the admission office of CTGU for the application process.
The application deadlines (Beijing Time) are: July 12th, 2021.
CLEC will entrust an expert panel to review the applications. Decisions will be made based on HSK and HSKK scores and levels, and in consideration of country distribution as well as other factors.

1．护照照片页扫描件。
2．HSK、HSKK成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件。
3．推荐机构负责人的推荐信。
4. 在职中文教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。
5. 申请者还须提供接收院校要求的其他证明材料
V. Application Documents
a) a scanned copy of passport photo page;
b) a scanned copy of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year validity);
c) a reference letter by the head of the recommending institutions.
d) Applicants currently working as Chinese language teachers shall provide proof of employment as well as a reference letter by the employer.
e) Applicants shall also provide additional documents required by the host institutions.
