根据我校发布的三峡大学2022秋季学期来华留学生开学报到通知https://cic.ctgu.edu.cn/info/1067/3608.htm，现将2022级新生报到注册事宜说明如下：

According to Notice on Autumn Semester 2022 Registration for International students of CTGU (https://cic.ctgu.edu.cn/info/1067/3608.htm), the relevant matters concerning the registration of 2022 Freshman International Students are hereby notified as follows:

一． 线上报到流程

I. Procedures of Online Registration

1.境内中高风险地区或来校途中经停中高风险地区的学生，与所属学院联系进行线上注册，并参加线上学习且须遵从属地疫情防控政策规定配合健康监测、防疫管理等有关工作。

1. Students who are in high-risk or medium-risk areas in China or who stop in high-risk or medium-risk areas should contact with the college (contact information is provided at the end of the Notice) and register and study online. Students should strictly abide by the local pandemic prevention and control policies and regulations to cooperate with health monitoring, pandemic prevention management and other related work.

2.境外无法入境的新生，与所属学院联系进行线上注册，并参加线上学习。

以上学生需签订《线上学习承诺书》（附件一）后发至所属学院，方可进行线上注册。

2. Freshmen outside the mainland of China being unable to come to China should contact with your college and register and study online.

The students mentioned above need to sign Commitment for Studying Online (Attachment 1) and send it to the college.

二． 线下报到流程

II. Procedures of Offline Registration

1.符合入学条件的中国大陆境内的新生，即日起与所属学院老师（联系方式见文末）取得联系，按要求提供相关材料至学院审核，确认报到时间，到国际学院招生办公室（三峡大学信息技术中心五楼J1515办公室）报到。未经学院批准，学生不得擅自到校。需提供审核材料如下：

1) 湖北健康码“绿码”；

2) 大数据行程卡；

3) 48小时内核酸阴性报告

4) 健康承诺书（附件二）；

5) 在华新生来校申请表（附件三）；

6) 三峡大学来华留学生新生入校承诺书（附件四）；

7) 现所持居留许可页（有效期不少于十天）

1.Freshmen in the mainland of China meeting the registration requirements should confirm the date of registration by contacting with the teachers of the college and submitting relevant materials for review. After arriving at CTGU, please register at Admission Office of College of International Communications (J1515, the fifth floor of CTGU Information Technology Center). Students are not allowed to come to school without the permission of the college. The following materials should be provided for certification:

1) Green Code of Hubei Health QR Code;

2) Green Travel Record;

3) Negative Nucleic Acid Report within 48 Hours before arriving Campus;

4) Health Status Commitment (Attachment 2);

5) Application Form for International Freshman (in China) Coming to CTGU (Attachment 3);

6) Commitment Letter of CTGU International Freshman on Registration (Attachment 4);

7) Latest Residence Permit Page (Period of validity is at least 10 days).

2.符合入学条件的中国大陆境外的新生，按要求签订以下文件并发至所属学院老师审核，待学院审核通过后，向中国使领馆申请办理签证，并与学院老师保持联系，来华前至少提前2周报告具体报到行程安排。

1) 境外三峡大学留学生来校知情同意书”(附件五）

2) 境外2022 级来华留学生注册申请表”（附件六）

2. Freshman outside the mainland of China meeting the registration requirements should sign the following materials and submit to the college for review. After being approved, please apply for visa from Chinese embassy or consulate. At the same time, please keep in touch with the college, report your specific check-in schedule at least 2 weeks in advance.

1) CTGU Informed Agreement to International Students Willing to Return/Come to Campus to Study (Attachment 5);

2) Registration Application for 2022 International Freshmen (Attachment 6);

三．线下报到注意事项

1.中国政府奖学金生须完成奖学金系统注册，详见：

http://xtbg.ctgu.edu.cn/oa/info/infoShowAction.do?method=getInformation&id=52aaa33f82d99f64018311cd35021476

2.新生务必在收到录取通知书和JW201/JW202（电子版或纸质版）两类材料后，方可来校办理报到注册；

3.报到前务必详细阅读录取通知书上关于经费的说明，准备齐相关费用，否则不予注册；

4.报到时学校会对学生入学资格进行复查，未通过资格复查的新生，将不予注册。

III. Announcements of Offline Registration

1. CSC students should register in the scholarship system in addition, please refer to the details in: (http://xtbg.ctgu.edu.cn/oa/info/infoShowAction.do?method=getInformation&id=52aaa33f82d99f64018311cd35021476)

2. Freshmen can register only after receiving both the Admission Notice and JW201/JW202 (hard or soft copy);

3. Students should carefully read the fee structure on the Admission Notice and prepare sufficient fees in advance, otherwise students cannot register;

4. Students’ admission qualification will be reviewed again when registering. Students fail to pass the review won’t be admitted;

四．关于保险和住宿的说明

1.根据疫情防控需求，我校对留学生保险进行了升级，费用由原来的600元/人/年增加至800元/人/年.所有新生报到前必须购买保险，购买流程见https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/gRjY4J9mKLS5PqYFG9ceKQ（中国政府奖学金生和国际中文教师奖学金生可凭缴费证明在来校报到后报销此费用）

2.根据学校安排，今年我校2022级留学生新生住宿全部安排在国际公寓，即4800元/床位/年（双人间）。住宿费须按学年一次性缴纳。

IV. Notice for Fees of Insurance and Accommodation

1. According to requirements for pandemic prevention and control, we have updated the insurance for international students. The insurance fee has risen from 600 Yuan to 800 Yuan per person per year. All freshmen must purchase the insurance. See detailed purchasing process on: https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/gRjY4J9mKLS5PqYFG9ceKQ. (CSC and CIS scholarship students can use the proof of payment to apply for reimbursement of Insurance fees.)

2. According to accommodation arrangement, 2022 freshman international students will live in International Apartment, and the accommodation fee is 4800 Yuan per bed per year (two beds in one room). Students should make one-off payment for accommodation fees for an academic year.
