Notice on the Recommendation of Speakers for Graduates on the 2021 Graduation Ceremony of International Students

关于推荐2021届来华留学生毕业典礼毕业生发言代表的通知

To the relevant Colleges:

各学院：

The 2021 graduation ceremony for international students will be held in late June. In order to show the demeanor of the graduates, the relevant matters concerning the recommendation of representative of graduates to speak on the ceremony are hereby notified as follows:

2021届来华留学生毕业典礼将于6月下旬举行，为展示毕业生风采，现就推荐毕业生发言代表相关事宜通知如下：

一、推荐时间Time

     Until June 15即日起至6月15日

二、推荐对象Target

      International students who will graduate in June 2021，one undergraduate student speaker and one postgraduate student speaker

2021届来华留学生毕业生,本科生代表1名，研究生代表1名

三、推荐条件Conditions

（一）发音标准、声音洪亮、具有感染力；

Standard pronunciation, loud voice and infectious power;

（二）形象良好、五官端正；

Good image and facial features;

（三）具有较强的语言表达能力，发言稿生动活泼，意义深远，能够引起广大师生共鸣；

Strong language skills; the speech is lively and far-reaching, which can arouse the resonance of teachers and students.

（四）在校期间取得突出成绩，能够代表我校来华留学生形象和风采。

Outstanding achievements have been made in the university, and can represent the image of international students.

五、有关说明Notes

The candidate list and following materials shall be submitted through college: the candidates’ personal profile, vertical full-body life photos, and a speech of about 1000 words. The speech should meet the following requirements:

各学院提交候选名单时需同时提供以下材料：候选人个人简介、竖版全身生活照和1000字左右发言稿，发言稿应满足以下要求：

（一）内容积极向上，体现学生真情实感，彰显青春正能量；

The content should be positive, reflect the students’true feelings, and highlight the positive energy of the youth.

（二）必须为原创，不得抄袭；主题突出，应写明发言标题；

The speech must be original, its theme should be prominent, and the title of it should be clearly stated.

（三）本科生中英文皆可，研究生中文。发言稿后注明本人姓名、专业、联系方式。

Both in Chinese and English are allowed for undergraduate’s speaker, only in Chinese is preferred for postgraduate’s speaker. The candidate’s name, major and contact information should be indicated at the end of the speech.

请各学院于6月15日前将推荐候选人相关材料发送国际文化交流学院肖秋驰处，文件命名格式为：XX学院推荐毕业典礼毕业生发言代表。

Please send the relevant materials of the recommended candidates to Mr. Xiao Qiuchi from the College of International Communications before June 15. The format of the document should be: Speech Representatives of Graduates on Graduation Ceremony Recommended by XX College.
