一、项目简介：
中国政府奖学金“丝绸之路”项目是由中华人民共和国教育部统筹规划，用于支持中国高校，吸引“一带一路”国家的优秀学子来华学习深造的全额奖学金项目。三峡大学作为承接此项目的地方高校之一，现向相应国家和地区招收一批攻读土木工程专业本科学士学位项目的学生。
I. Brief Introduction
Chinese Government Scholarship-Silk Road Program is a full scholarship established by Ministry of Education to support Chinese universities to attract outstanding international students from Belt &Road Countries for studying in China. China Three Gorges University (CTGU) is one of the prestigious universities designated to undertake this program to recruit students for studying the Bachelor Program of Civil Engineering.
二、奖学金资助范围及标准：
2.1.学费减免
2.2.住宿费减免（水费、电费、网费、电视费和公共物品损害赔偿费等日常生活中产生的个人费用除外）
2.3.医疗保险费减免
2.4.注册费减免
2.5.每月生活津贴：2500元（每月具体金额以学生当月在校的实际天数决定。例如，在每学期开始或结束的月份，如果学生实际在校天数少于等于十五天，则当月将发放一半的津贴；多于十五天，则当月将发放全额津贴。）
2.6.国际国内旅行交通费用需学生本人自行承担。
II. Scholarship Coverage and Criteria
2.1 Tuition waiver
2.2 Free accommodation. (Personal expenses such as water, electricity, internet, TV signal, and damage compensation are excluded)
2.3 Comprehensive medical insurance
2.4 Registration fee
2.5 Monthly living allowance: 2，500RMB (This will be issued according to the actual months the student’s stay in CTGU. In circumstances that the student is in CTGU for less than a full month, for instance, in the beginning or the end of the semester, half of the amount will be issued if the student stays in CTGU for less than 15 days of the month; full amount will be issued if the student is in CTGU for more than 15 days of the month.
2.6 International and domestic travel expenses: Self-afforded
三、资助专业、资助期限及授课语言：
3.1 资助专业：该奖学金只资助攻读土木工程专业本科学士学位的学生；
3.2 资助期限：四年专业学习和一年预科学习（如需）。奖学金将覆盖专业课程学习和预科课程学习的所有学年，详情请参照学生本人的录取通知书。
33.3 授课语言：中文授课。
III. Supporting Categories, Duration & Instruction Language
3.1 Supporting Category. This scholarship only supports undergraduate students (including only one major: Civil Engineering)
3.2 Duration. Four years for degree program study in CTGU. One year for foundation courses if necessary. The scholarship covers both of the major study and preparatory study, as specified in the Admission Letter.
3.3 Instruction Language. Scholarship students can register for Chinese-taught program
四、申请条件：
4.1 年龄为18-25周岁的“一带一路”国家的非中国籍公民（在该网站可查询到“一带一路”共建国家名单：https://www.yidaiyilu.gov.cn/xwzx/roll/77298.htm）
4.2 对华友好、身心健康、勤奋努力、成绩优异的学生；
4.3 成绩优秀的高中毕业生；
4.4 中文水平要求：达到HSK-3级及以上，拥有良好的中文听、说、读、写语言技能；
4.5 具备参加学业水平测试的条件（具体要求另行通知）
4.6 对于没有通过HSK-4级或学业水平测试的同学，在进入三峡大学学习专业课程之前，需进入指定预科院校学习一年的基础预科课程，奖学金覆盖预科阶段的学习。
IV． Eligibility of Applicants
4.1 18-25 years old; a citizen from Belt &Road Countries other than the People’s Republic of China ; please visit: https://www.yidaiyilu.gov.cn/xwzx/roll/77298.htm for the country list.
4.2 Chinese Friendly; good physical and mental health; hardworking; academically excellent;
4.3 High School graduate with Excellent Results;
4.4 Minimum Qualification: HSK3 certificate or above, good Chinese language skills at listening, speaking, reading writing;
4.5 Be eligible to take the Academic Assessment Test (specific requirements to be announced separately )
4.6 Applicants without HSK 4 certificate or failed in the Academic Assessment Test, should take one year Foundation Course in designated University before entering degree program in China Three Gorges University. The scholarship covers one year Foundation Course too.
五、申请步骤：
5.1 在中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统注册并在线提交申请：http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login；三峡大学学校代码为11075；奖学金类别请选择B类项目；
5.2 在三峡大学国际学生在线服务系统注册并提交您的在线申请：http://lsx.ctgu.edu.cn；在申请时请选择中国政府奖学金项目；
V. Application Procedure
5.1 Register and submit your online application at the CSC Online Application System for International Students at http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login. The code of China Three Gorges University is 11075. Please Choose Program category Type B which refers to scholarship programs responsible by Chinese universities under Chinese Government Scholarship.
5.2 Register and submit your online application at China Three Gorges University Online Application System for International Students at http://lsx.ctgu.edu.cn, please choose the Chinese Government Scholarship Program and fill your application.
六、申请材料：
6.1 护照首页。申请人须提交有效期晚于2026年3月1日本人普通护照的首页清晰扫描件，如现持有护照有效期不符合要求，请及时换发新护照；
6.2 经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明(中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文)；
6.3 学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
6.4 200词以内的中文或英文学习计划书；
6.5 两封中文或英文推荐信；
6.6 外国人体格检查表的扫描件。该表格可在此网站下载https://eng.ctgu.edu.cn/info/1032/1582.htm，且必须用英文书写; 申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月;
6.7 无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件；
6.8 有效的HSK证书复印件。
注意：申请人无需邮寄以上申请材料的纸质文档；
VI．Application Documents:
6.1 A scanned copy of the Passport Information Page. An applicant shall submit a clear scanned copy of the information page of his/her passport that will not expire on or before March 1, 2026. Renew the passport if the requirement is not met.
6.2 Diploma and certificate of highest education (notarized photocopy). An applicant who is a current university student shall submit the certificate of expected graduation or student status issued by his/her university. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English shall be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
6.3Academic transcripts. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English shall be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English;.
6.4 A Study Plan within 200 words (written in Chinese or English);
6.5 Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English);
6.6 Foreigner Physical Examination Form (photocopy) It must be written in English and can be downloaded from https://eng.ctgu.edu.cn/info/1032/1582.htm. The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid. Medical examination results are valid for only six months;
6.7 An applicant shall submit a valid Certificate of Non-Criminal Record (or Police Clearance Certificate) issued by the local public security (such as the police station), usually issued within six months prior to the submission date of the application.
6.8 The copy of valid HSK Certificate.
Note: It’s unnecessary to send us hard copies of the above application documents until we inform the applicants who passed the preliminary evaluation and send you the pre-admission letter.

七、奖学金确认：
7.1 三峡大学向国家留学基金管理委员会（以下简称“留金委”）提交奖学金项目申请材料，留金委组织专家对项目进行评审；如评审通过，三峡大学根据获批名额，上报推荐人选；
7.2 留金委负责审核申请人的资质，确定最终奖学金人选；
7.3 奖学金生来华后不得变更录取院校、学习专业及学习期限；
7.4 不能按注册期限如期来校注册报到的奖学金生，奖学金资格不予保留；
7.5 奖学金生每年需参加年度评审，评审结果将直接决定下一年度是否能够继续享受中国政府奖学金资助。
VII. Scholarship Confirmation
7.1 CTGU will submit the scholarship application documents to China Scholarship Council (hereinafter referred to as the CSC). CSC will organize the experts to evaluate the program. If the program is approved, CTGU nominates the scholarship candidates based on the approved quota.
7.2 The CSC reviews eligibility and qualifications of nominated candidates
7.3 Scholarship recipients are not permitted to change their host university, field of study, or duration of study stipulated on the Admission Letter after their coming to China.
7.4 Scholarship will not be reserved if scholarship recipient cannot register before the registration deadline.
7.5Scholarship recipients shall receive evaluation annually. The evaluation result will decide whether he/she can continue receiving the scholarship or not.
