国别项目是根据中国与有关国家政府和机构等签订的合作与交流协议或达成的共识提供的奖学金，可招收本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生、普通进修生和高级进修生。三峡大学位于湖北省宜昌市，学校现有来华留学生1400余人，分别来自70余个国家.作为国内优秀的中国政府奖学金生培养院校之一，三峡大学欢迎全球优秀青年来我校学习、深造。

Bilateral Program accords with the cooperation and exchange agreements or consensus reached by the Chinese government and the governments and institutions of other nations. It is open to undergraduates, postgraduates, general and senior scholars. China Three Gorges University (CTGU) locates in the Yichang city of Hubei Province. Now CTGU has overall 1400 international students from more than 70 countries. As one of the excellent universities to receive the students sponsored by the Chinese Government Scholarship, CTGU welcomes students all over the world to pursue studies on our campus.

一、资助类别、期限及专业

（一）资助类别

包括本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生、普通进修生和高级进修生。

（二）资助期限

包括中文补习（预科）和专业学习时间。中文补习（预科）资助期限一般为一年，专业学习资助期限原则上与基本修业年限一致。

I. Supporting Categories, Duration and Majors

1.1 Supporting Categories

This program sponsors undergraduates, postgraduates, general and senior scholars.

1.2 Duration

This scholarship covers both major study and Chinese language (preparatory) study. The language courses last one year, whereas the duration of the scholarship for major study conforms to that as required.

二、资助内容和标准

（一）资助内容

包括学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险费。

（二）资助标准

1.免学费；

2.提供免费宿舍；

3.生活费：

本科生：2,500元人民币/月

硕士研究生和普通进修生：3,000元人民币/月

博士研究生和高级进修生：3,500元人民币/月

4. 综合医疗保险费： 800元人民币/人/年； 400元人民币/人（学习期限少于6个月的）

II. Scholarship Coverage

2.1 Tuition fees;

2.2 Free university dormitory;

2.3 Stipend:

Undergraduates: CNY 2,500 per month;

Master’s students/general scholars: CNY 3,000 per month;

Doctoral students/senior scholars: CNY 3,500 per month.

2.4 Comprehensive medical insurance:

CNY 800 per person per year;

CNY 400 per person (for programs lasting less than six months)

三、申请途径和时间

（一）申请途径：本国留学生派遣部门（一般是中国驻境外使领馆教育文化处）。

（二）申请时间：一般在12月初至次年3月底，具体申请时间请向本国留学生派遣部门查询。

III . Where and When to Apply

3.1 Apply to the dispatching authorities for overseas study of your home country （usually the local Chinese Embassy or Consulate-general).

3.2 Usually you need to apply between early December and the end of March next year. Please consult the dispatching authorities for the specific deadline of each year.

四、申请条件

（一）非中国籍公民，身心健康；

（二）学历和年龄要求

1.申请攻读学士学位者，应当具有高中毕业同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过25周岁；

2.申请攻读硕士学位者，应当具有学士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过35周岁；

3.申请攻读博士学位者，应当具有硕士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过40周岁；

4.普通进修生入学时应当具有高中毕业及以上学力，年龄一般不超过45周岁；

5.高级进修生入学时应当具有硕士及以上学位或副教授及以上职称，年龄一般不超过50周岁。

（三）语言要求

1.申请以中文为专业教学语言的，攻读学士学位者及普通进修生（汉语言专业除外）、高级进修生，中文水平原则上至少达到汉语水平考试（HSK）三级；攻读硕士、博士学位者，中文水平原则上至少达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级；

2.申请英文授课项目的非英语国家申请者要求提供雅思成绩6.0分及以上或等同于此水平的相关证明；来自英语国家的申请人，可以免除提供上述英语水平证明。英语国家可参考链接：http://eng.ctgu.edu.cn/info/1032/1465.htm

IV . Eligibility

4.1 Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health both mentally and physically.

4.2 The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are that applicants must:

● be an academically excellent holder of high school diploma or its equivalent under the age of 25 when applying for an undergraduate program;

● be an academically excellent holder of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent under the age of 35 when applying for a Master’s program;

● be an academically excellent holder of a Master’s degree or its equivalent under the age of 40 when applying for a doctoral program;

● be a holder of a high school diploma (or higher) under the age of 45 when applying for a general scholar program;

● be a master’s degree holder or an associate professor (or above) under the age of 50 when applying for a senior scholar program.

4.3 Language requirement

Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must provide a valid Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) certificate. Undergraduate or non-degree (general scholar & senior scholar) candidates should have achieved HSK Level III or above; Postgraduate candidates should have achieved HSK Level IV or above;

Applicants for English-taught programs should provide a valid IELTS certificate with 6.0 or above or other equivalent language proficiency certificate; Applicants who are from English speaking countries can exempt from providing the relevant English language proficiency certificates. 五、申请流程

1.申请人通过“留学中国”网站或其他途径查阅中国院校及相关专业信息，确定申请项目和申请院校及专业；

2.申请人联系三峡大学并在“三峡大学国际学生在线服务系统”（http://lsx.ctgu.edu.cn/）提交申请以获得预录取通知书；

3.申请人联系相关申请受理机构获得推荐资格；

4.申请人登录“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”（http://www.campuschina.org），选择在线填写《中国政府奖学金申请表》并提交所需申请材料；

5.申请受理机构向国家留学基金管理委员会提交推荐人选名单及申请材料；

6.国家留学基金管理委员会组织有关院校和专家对推荐人选进行资格和学术审核，确定录取人选；

7.国家留学基金管理委员会通知申请受理机构录取结果，由申请受理机构通知申请人。

V. Application Process

5.1 An applicant shall learn about designated Chinese universities and majors they offer by visiting websites (http://www.campuschina.org) or other means, and identify the preferred scholarship program, designated university and major;

5.2 An applicant shall contact CTGU and submit their application on the "CTGU Online Service System for International Students" (http://lsx.ctgu.edu.cn/) to get the pre-admission notice;

5.3 An applicant shall reach an application receiving agency for a recommendation;

5.4 An applicant shall fill in and submit the Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship online via the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System(http://www.campuschina.org);

5.5 The application receiving agency shall submit the recommended candidates list and their application documents;

5.6 The CSC will organize designated universities and experts concerned to examine applicants’ eligibility and academic performance before finalizing the short-list candidates;

5.7 The CSC will notify the admission results to the application receiving agency that will subsequently have the applicant informed.

六、申请材料

1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》（在线填写）；

2.护照首页。申请人须提交有效期晚于2026年3月1日本人普通护照的首页清晰扫描件，如现持有护照有效期不符合要求，请及时换发新护照。对于因客观原因无法在提交申请前办理护照的申请人，经受理机构允许后，可提交包含本人“英文姓名、性别、国籍、出生日期”等信息的有效证件或证明文件；

3.经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明；

4.学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；

5.语言能力证明。申请以中文为专业教学语言的申请人须提供有效期内且与相应中文水平要求相符的HSK成绩报告。申请以外语为专业教学语言的申请人应根据学校要求提供相应的语言能力证明，如雅思或托福成绩单；

6.录取材料。申请攻读硕士学位、博士学位者和申请作为普通、高级进修生来华学习者应提供申请院校出具的录取材料，可包括录取通知书、预录取通知书或导师邀请函等（录取材料将作为中国政府奖学金优先录取的文件之一）；

7.来华学习或研究计划。（本科生不少于200字，进修生不少于500字，研究生不少于1000字），用中文或英文书写；

8.推荐信。申请攻读硕士、博士学位者和申请作为高级进修生来华学习者，须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；

9.个人作品。申请攻读艺术、设计类等专业者，应提供个人作品类材料（如影像、绘画作品等）；

10.年龄不满18周岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件；

11.来华学习时间超过6个月的申请人，须提交《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；

12.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。

VI. Application Documents

6.1 Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (filled in online);

6.2 A scanned copy of the Passport Information Page. An applicant shall submit a clear scanned copy of the information page of his/her passport that will not expire on or before March 1, 2026. Renew the passport if the requirement is not met. An applicant who fails to apply for a passport due to objective reasons may submit valid documentation or documentary evidence that carries information about the full English name, sex, nationality and date of birth of the applicant upon the approval of the application receiving agency;

6.3 Diploma and certificate of highest education (notarized photocopy). An applicant who is a current university student shall submit the certificate of expected graduation or student status issued by his/her university;

6.4 Academic transcripts. Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English shall be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English;

6.5 Certificate of language proficiency. When applying for a Chinese-taught program, an applicant shall provide a valid HSK score report that meets the program’s language ability requirements. When applying for a program taught in a language other than Chinese, an applicant shall provide a certificate of proficiency in the language as required by the designated university, such as the IELTS or TOEFL test report;

6. 6 Admission documents. When applying for a postgraduate program or for academic education as a general or senior scholar, an applicant shall provide the admission documents issued by the university of preference, including an admission letter, a pre-admission letter, or the invitation letter from a prospect supervisor (admission documents will serve as a priority of admission in granting the Chinese Government Scholarship);

6.7 A study or research plan written in Chinese or in English (no less than 200 words/characters for undergraduates; no less than 500 words/characters for scholars; no less than 1000 words/characters for postgraduates);

6.8 Recommendation letters. An applicant for a postgraduate program or for academic education as a senior scholar shall submit two recommendation letters in Chinese or in English from professors or associate professors;

6.9 An applicant for the arts or design program shall provide his/her own works (such as videos and paintings);

6.10 An applicant under the age of 18 shall submit the legal documents of his/her legal guardian(s) in China;

6.11 An applicant to study in China for more than six months shall submit a photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form (the original document, printed by Chinese quarantine authorities, shall be filled in in English and kept by the applicant). The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid. Medical examination results are valid for only six months;

6.12 An applicant shall submit a valid Certificate of Non-Criminal Record (or Police Clearance Certificate) issued by the local public security (such as the police station), usually issued within six months prior to the submission date of the application.
