一、学校介绍
三峡大学为“联合国学术影响力”组织成员，与全球多个国家和地区的多所高校建立了长期稳定的合作关系，为合作院校学生提供一学期或者一年的交换项目，所获学分可进行置换。
I. Overview
China Three Gorges University (CTGU), member of the United Nations Academy Impact (UNAI), administers a wide range of students exchange programs with its partner universities around the world on one-semester or one-year basis. For exchange students from most universities, the credits earned at CTGU can be transferred into those of the home universities.
二、申请条件
申请人需要满足以下申请条件：
2.1 为我校合作院校在读的正式注册学生；
2.2 非中国籍公民，对华友好，身心健康；注：对移民外国后作为外国留学生来华学习者，申请人应持有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在国外居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）；
2.3年龄一般为18-40周岁。
II. Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must:
2.1 be currently registered students from our partner universities;
2.2 be a citizen of a country other than China, friendly to China and in good health both mentally and physically; Note: For those Chinese people who immigrated to other countries as foreign students to apply for studying in China, the applicants should hold the valid foreign passport or nationality certificate more than 4 years. In the latest 4 years (up to April 30 of the enrollment year), the applicants lived in a foreign country more than 2 years (the actual living abroad for more than 9 months in a year can be counted as one year, subject to the entry and exit stamps).
2.3 be between the age of 18 and 40 generally.
三、申请步骤及截止日期
3.1 合作院校提名交换生，发送提名邮件至admission@ctgu.edu.cn；
3.2 学生本人在我校留学生申请系统中提交申请 http://lsx.ctgu.edu.cn
3.3 提名截止日期：2023年11月15日
III. Application Process & Application Deadline
3.1 The partner university nominates exchange students’ information via Email to admission@ctgu.edu.cn;
3.2 Students submit online application at http://lsx.ctgu.edu.cn before the deadline.
3.3 Nomination deadline: November, 15th, 2023
四、学校日历
4.1 2024年春季学期：2024年2月26日-2024年7月5日；
4.2 2024年秋季学期：2024年9月2日-2025年1月17日。
IV. Academic Calendar
4.1 Spring Semester 2024: February 26, 2024-July 5, 2024;
4.2 Fall Semester 2024: September 2, 2024- January 17, 2025.
五、学习期限
5.1 一学期： 2024年2月26日-2024年7月5日；
5.2 一年： 2024年2月26日-2025年1月17日。
V. Study Duration
5.1 One semester: 2024: February 26, 2024-July 5, 2024;
5.2 One year: 2024: February 26, 2024- January 17, 2025.
六、申请材料
6.1 提名材料:
学生信息列表；（提供模板）
6.2 系统中申请材料:
a. 由现就读学校出具的在读证明，写明学生层次及预计毕业时间；(提供模板)
b. 现就读学校出具的成绩单；
c. 现就读学校出具的推荐信；
d. 正在有效期的护照扫描件（本人信息页）。
e. 正式最高学历证明；（仅申请交换一年者提供）

6.2 Documents for application in system
a. Schooling Certificate by home university to prove the student’s current status or expected graduation date; (Template Provided)
b. Academic transcripts from home university;
c. A Recommendation Letter from home university;
d. Scanned copy of valid passport (photo page).
e. Official Highest Diploma or Degree Certificate;（Only for one year exchange applicants）
七、相关费用
来三峡大学学习，你需要承担以下的费用：
7.1 学费：根据两校交换协议确定是否免收；如果需要缴纳学费，请参照不同专业的学费标准；
7.2 保险：600/700/800人民币/年；
7.3 注册费：400人民币；
7.4 校内宿舍：400/300元人民币/月（宿舍为留学生公寓内2人间）；
7.5 预估生活费用：1500元人民币/月。
7.6 其他费用：大约1500元，如体检费/认证费、居留证申请费等，这些费用将由相关机构按照其收费标准收取。
VII. Fees Instruction
Study at CTGU, you are expected to bear the Expenses as below:
7.1 Tuition: waived or not according to the bilateral students exchange agreement between two universities; if the tuition should be paid, please refer to different programs;
7.2 Insurance: 600/700/800 RMB/year;
7.3 Registration fee: 400 RMB;
7.4 Accommodation: 400/300 RMB/month;
(One bed for double-bed room in International student dormitory)
7.5 Estimated living costs: 1,500 RMB/month.
7.6 Other prospective expenses around 1,500 RMB such as Health Check/Authentication fee or Residence Permit Application Fee will be charged by the relevant institutions in accordance with their fee specification.
八、其他
8.1 该简章以中英文书就，如中英文版本之间存在任何差异，以中文版本为准。
8.2 学生申请的课程可能因时间冲突、课程场地、课程前提条件等原因无法开展。我们会尽力提前沟通并提供替换的课程。
8.3 该简章由留学生招生办公室负责解释。
VIII. Others
8.1 This application guide is made in both Chinese and English. If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
8.2 The modules you have selected may not be available due to timetabling clashes, spaces on the modules, prerequisites requirements and module or course availability. We will endeavor to work with you to find alternative programs or courses in advance.
8.3 The Admission Office is responsible for the interpretation of the application guide.
