The last session of the career guidance webinar organized successfully
As we approach the 2021 graduation week, sessions of career guidance have been organized for international students which is geared towards aiding students in acquiring basic knowledge in employment policies, enhancing job hunting skills and competitiveness in the workplaces. The university invited excellent alumni as speakers for each session. The last session was climaxed successfully with outstanding speakers and was held online and offline simultaneously on 12th May, 2021.


In the last session of the seminar,Tayyab Hidayat (翰林)from Pakistan gave a lecture. He graduated from the college of Mechanical and Chemical Engineering and he is currently a DC Motor engineer.
In his course of studies, he participated in many practical activities and was awarded as an outstanding student. He continue to strengthen their ideological and moral cultivation, he firmly believe that the first person to take precedence over work, and he have been on this road fumbling forward. He adhere to the life credo of "making a difference is the highest state of life," active dedication, ready to help others, during the university, many times participated in social donations. He lectured students on how to apply for for master’s degree, document require to apply for a job and he ended with a quote, "Don’t choose comfort at the age of struggle ."


The second speaker,TABUFOR, 2020 alumni from Cameroon. Heis currently working at Shenzhen Changjiang Electrical Connectors Company as an international sales manager.
TABUFORis a job holder. Through his experience,he shared about how to prepare for a job, how to search for employment information, what qualifications in seeking for a job.At the end of the lecture, he gave detailed answers to audiences’ questions about Chinese proficiency, professional knowledge.




The career guidance webinar 2021 for international students’ is sponsored by the College of International Communications undertaken by the International Students Association (ISA). The college plans to continue to invite outstanding alumni of international students who are engaged in employment, furthering education and entrepreneurship. Also, inviting international students’ teachers in various colleges, and heads of relevant enterprises and institutions as special guest to continue to conduct a series of employment and advancement lectures for international students through online and offline presentations.
Moreover, International students have expressed delightfully the benefits they have had from each session of the webinar. Through the webinar, most international students expressed their views having a better understanding of employment policies, and also have a clearer understanding of graduation employment procedures, and application about the postgraduate studies and have more confidence in their own employment. They hope our university can continue to organize such activities.
