“Guessing Lantern riddle, celebrating Chinese New Year" activity for international students from China Three Gorges University successfully concluded.

The Spring Festival is an important traditional festival in China, and it is a great time to learn about traditional folk culture. In order to make international students feel the “atmosphere of the Chinese New Year”, experience Chinese traditional cultural festivals, and enhance their understanding of Chinese traditions and culture, the College of Materials and Chemical Engineering launched an online fun quiz on lantern riddles on February 8, 2021 for all international students staying at the university during the winter vacation. During the activity, the international students actively participated and experienced the charm of Chinese culture in happiness. Students enthusiastically guessed lantern riddles, won gifts, and learned culture as well. The atmosphere of the activity was very lively.

春节是我国的重要传统节日，是了解传统民俗文化的大好时机。为让留学生感受中国“年味”，体验中国传统文化节日活动，增进他们对中国传统与文化的了解，材料与化工学院于2021年2月8日面向学校所有寒假留校留学生开展了在线趣味猜灯谜活动。活动期间留学生们踊跃参与，热情高涨，在快乐中体验到中华民族文化的魅力，活动中，同学们猜灯谜，赢礼品，学文化，活动气氛十分热闹。

This activity not only enriched the winter vacation life of international students staying at the university, but also allowed them to feel the unique charm of Chinese traditional festival culture. Moreover, it also made international students feel care from the university and deepened their love for the university and their study.

学院通过本次活动，不仅丰富了在校留学生的寒假生活，让学生们感受到中国传统节日文化中所蕴含的独特魅力，更让留学生感受到学校对他们如家人般的关怀，加深了学生们对学校和学业的热爱。
